Felipe is a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is the Global Leader Partner for Consulting of the Power and Utilities Sector as well as Lead Partner of the Energy and Resources industry in Spain. He is also the Managing Partner of Innovation in Spain. With more than 30 years of experience, Felipe has led various projects in the Power and Utilities industry, helping numerous companies with post-merger integration, strategy development and business process transformation across their commercial, transmission and distribution, energy management and power generation value chain, as well as the corporate functions.
Key areas of knowledge
Electricity and gas industry: extensive experience in digital transformation programmes; transaction, merger and acquisition advisory services; operations transformation and operating excellence in the retail, distribution and transmission areas, trading; definition and implementation of information systems in energy retail, distribution, trading, management and corporate areas; financial transformation programmes.
Oil industry: Felipe has led large downstream transformation programmes for various business lines and products (e.g. service stations, bunker, aviation, lubricants, asphalts, LPG, etc.) as well as various transformation projects in the corporate areas.
