Implementing Sustainable Innovations in a Purpose-Driven Environment
Philips has been one of the global pioneers in clean energy transition among corporations. From 2020 onwards, all of Philips’ sites were planned to be powered by 100% renewable electricity sources. The company is on the way to officially confirming this important milestone after completing an independent external audit. The company has also committed to sourcing over 75% of its total energy consumption from renewable sources by 2025. In the interview we will talk about Philips’ further plans on “greening” not only their own operations but also their whole value chain.
