But there are teams, like the Vienna-based Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership, that, no matter what, continue to design and implement tailor-made financing mechanisms, using strategic injections of public funding to build dynamic, sustainable markets and make clean energy technology accessible and affordable in low- and middle-income countries.
